When we come to your home to diagnose your system, we guarantee our diagnostic and repair is accurate. If we diagnose your system inaccurately, our diagnostic is complimentary.

This guarantee is that all items we assemble or install when maintained properly will remain assembled and intact for the life of your system. “If we put it together, it will stay put together!” If any assemblies do not remain intact because of our own negligence we will reassemble at no cost to the homeowner. This does not extend warranties on items under factory warranty.
“No-Lemon” Guarantee
If the compressor in your air conditioner fails twice in the first five years, we will install a completely new outdoor unit. If the heat exchanger in your furnace fails in the first 10 years, we will install a new furnace.

We guarantee that the system(s) we have installed in your home will heat or cool your home as we have stated. If the temperature range we have promised is not achieved, we will upgrade or replace the system at no charge.
Property Protection Guarantee
All of your property – such as lawns, shrubbery, carpeting, floors, walls, and furniture is protected. Damaged property will be replaced or repaired. Protective shoe covers and drop clothes will be used in all traffic areas.
$250 “No-Frustration” Guarantee
If your furnace or air conditioner/heat pump fails to heat or cool your home during the first year, we will fix it at no charge, including parts and labor. If the system cannot be fixed within 48 hours, we will also write you a check for $250 for your frustration and aggravation.

Roughly 40% of HVAC contractors never register the manufacturer warranty on the equipment they installed; while they save time your coverage suffers! We guarantee to take the responsibility of registering your equipment we install with the manufacturer to ensure you get full coverage.
